There is no business impact in terms of data security arising from these services, which use only open data, and Internet based social media networks and are not connected to an organisations internal systems. Multizone work with partners to provide solutions requiring higher levels of Information assurance.
Multizone expects initial procurements in new organisations to our services to be a project of “Workforce Online Social Engagement mobile app release delivery services” (rSCS), Multizone will undertake a three month programme of work to customize its Smartphone apps with the customers specific requirements as indicated as part of the order process. Multizone will provide professional services to perform Workforce Online Social Engagement workshop services (wSCS), and Workforce Online Social Engagement mobile app onboarding services to facilitate small group training of the workforce in the use of the technology. The apps will be issued to designated contacts in the customer for deployment to devices using the customers own distribution system.
Multizone Limited will purge and destroy any customer data from any computers, storage devices and storage media that are to be retained after the end of the subscription period and the subsequent extraction of consumer data (if requested by the customer).
Mobile device backup/restore capability is not provided. Software can be re-loaded remotely by organisation administrators. On-site visits to re-install software on mobile phones are chargeable as part of our Workforce Online Social Engagement on-site support services (sSCS).
Provisioning and maintenance and other policy activities are not supported by Multizone. SIM card and phone data enablement and management is the responsibility of the customer. The services require a data enabled smartphone with the sufficient capability to allow our app to run with the permissions it requires to access the internal storage of the smartphone and access the Internet.
The service is resilient and backed up daily with an aim of providing high availability.
Our system relies in part on services provided by third parties using the public Internet so no service level agreement whatsoever is warranted. We expect the service to be available round the clock, but may need to take the service offline for maintenance or remove specific functionality at any time.
Due to the costs involved in customisation we do not currently offer free trials and recommend our Workforce Online Social Engagement mobile app release delivery services (rSCS) as the first step for organisations new to these technologies.

Once the project is completed, or after three months, whichever is quickest, we expect to transition to Software as a Service pricing for Workforce Online Social Engagement workforce mobile app as a Service (wSaaS) and the Workforce Online Social Engagement branded mobile app as a Service (bSaaS).
Once the initial term of twelve months is complete, customers may choose to cancel the service, and, if requested, a CD of any customer branding assets used in the apps will be created and returned to the customer as part of the decommissioning process. The Smartphone apps will need to be removed by the customer from their mobile devices at a convenient point.
